Dungeons and Dragons
Dungeons and Dragons is a pencil and paper roleplaying game where people collaboratively try to solve problems and resolve interpersonal conflicts. Through the medium of imaginative play people pretend to be another character and explore their actions and new fantasy settings. If you’ve enjoyed Baldur’s Gate 3 then you might also enjoy this. It’s an excellent opportunity to learn the game, make new friends and meet people who you can share a common interest with.
What will you cover in this enrichment
Week One
Intro to social contracts, character generation and a general how to play the game.

Week Two
Meet the players, you’ll get to start in a game of DnD (or run one if you’re feeling brave)

Week Three
Play in a game of DnD to try and get to grips with resource management in combat
​
Week Four
Problem solving through the medium of escaping a dungeon
​
Week Five
Putting together all the skills in attempting to find an epic quest
​
Week Six
Completing an epic quest, making friends along the way and exploring an opportunity to organise play amongst themselves.​
